another nice experience every time i have a problem, the service department solves it at a price that compares to other auto service centers with half the service....when i p every time i have a problem, the service department solves it at a price that compares to other auto service centers with half the service....when i pass employees like guy rodas and jamie fielding and tim koehler ask me how am i doing and how do i like my kia .... others like callie zimmerman of the service department are all so friendly, like a family....make having service troubles a little easier to handle....i run over a nail, they find the nail that tire dealers couldn't find, patch it up and change my oil in a timely matter then i am good to go..... thanks to all, charles boyes More

My first service @ Jenkins We arrived at Jenkins Kia of Ocala at our appt time. They collected Information about us and our car and we were given an estimated time of completion We arrived at Jenkins Kia of Ocala at our appt time. They collected Information about us and our car and we were given an estimated time of completion. We sat back and enjoyed coffee and snacks in the lounge. They finished right on time and we were very impressed. Service includes a free car wash but, since ours was freshly cleaned, they opted to give us a certificate for that wash to be completed when we need it. As long as the quality of service remains high we will continue to use Jenkins. More
