Todd Spofford Rocks! I was checked in by Nicholas (wearing a mask) who took mileage and inspected my vehicle. He was polite, friendly, and thorough. Ashley Sanchez finished the check-in process at her station inside (behind plexiglass). Todd checked in with me and made sure I was good to go. I chose to wait outside at one of the tables that were set up inside the garage receiving area, it is not in direct sunlight. My services were performed in a timely manner and my Soul was returned to me sanitized, and ready to go. When Todd checked me out, he made sure that all appropriate coupons, etc. had been applied, and explained what services were performed. Then he reviewed the inspection sheet items with me and asked if there was anything else I needed. Also while I waited, Mackenzie Mulligan spent a few minutes reviewing options for purchasing a new vehicle. In the end, I explained I was keeping my Soul and paying it off. Excellent experience all the way around. More
