Very Poor Experience Visited this lot over the weekend after speaking with the Internet Sales Dept. They had a Hyundai Santa listed at $16,900. My girlfriend and I were in Visited this lot over the weekend after speaking with the Internet Sales Dept. They had a Hyundai Santa listed at $16,900. My girlfriend and I were interested and wanted to test drive. After our test drive it was time to talk numbers, we mentioned the internet "Special Price" and the sales person tried to explain that those price don't include "some" fees. When it got to the out-the-door price the vehicle was at $22,000, that was $5100 more than it was listed for. Obviously tax, tag, title play a role, but $5100?! We let them know we'd only be willing to pay a total of $18,000 for the vehicle, they said there was no way they could go that low. Well, on Tuesday (2 days later) we reached out to them one last time, we let them know we had another option but would love to give them our business...They let us know that they actually sold the car for $18,000... Yes, $18,000 the same amount that we had just offered them and that they declined. I do not know why they even told us what they sold it for, a simple "Sorry, we sold the vehicle" would have sufficed, however, they made sure to give us the exact price they sold it for, almost seemed spiteful. So, next time you're in ask about the "hidden fees" tacked on to a purchase, they'll explain that they're not hidden, only in small print and the "reconditioning fee" is an average of what they spend on cars, you pay for it but have no idea if anything was actually done to your vehicle or not. They did mention that they change all wipers tho. Sorry, the last part is a rant. Our experience hear was horrid, it felt slimy, the after math was even worse, we felt bullied. It's long, i know, but 100% necessary, please avoid this place at all costs. Good luck on your vehicle hunt! More

I was approached by Jamie Fielding who introduced me to Guy Rodas and we all discussed the possibilities of making this happen. WOW WOW WOW is all I could say. I am still wanting to pinch myself. The car, a deep red 2020 Optima S, is sitting beautifully in my driveway shining and looking gorgeous! (Great Car Guy!!). My sales rep is a keeper for life! One of the nicest gentlemen on the planet! Tim in Finance topped off the deal with the paperwork and made it pain and hassle free. Appreciate everything Tim! With all of the craziness in the world right now you would think this would be the last thing one would do but you know what - you should try it! Go visit this dealership and see what I am talking about. Great deals!! Exceptional Service!! Awesome Employees!! And Callie - my girl!
