He thoroughly demonstrated the vehicle functions and explained with detail how to properly stow the seats, adjust the climate control, cruise and radio. Didn't have an appmt but did have a tire with very low pressure. Drove up to Service Dept and they immediately took care of us! Checked tire, found nail, got new tire and replaced the old one.
