Poor communication with delayed car repair services. No callback on updates. Cancellation on 3 different times for car pick up after we attempted many times for an update. The work on the vehicle began after two weeks of sitting there. An extremely frustrating experience. We will never go back. They've lost 3 customers all in one day. More

I made an appointment for service, when I showed up I was told that there was a 3 hour wait because they had gotten busy. I asked if I could just come in anytime for service and was told , No, you have to ha told that there was a 3 hour wait because they had gotten busy. I asked if I could just come in anytime for service and was told , No, you have to have an appointment ! Ok, then how did you get so busy that I have to wait 3 hours for the mechanic to look at my car !! They didn't care, told me no loaner car for my overnight repair, which I was told on the phone that I would get one. Good luck there, not for me. Could not have cared less, as far as how I was treated. More
