service visit Jarrell, was very professional and easy to speak with. I realize that the inspection and oil change would last an hour, Some of the suggested "rep Jarrell, was very professional and easy to speak with. I realize that the inspection and oil change would last an hour, Some of the suggested "repairs" were not relevant to our car's situation. However, the length of time from his giving results of inspection and end of visit was longer than an additional hour. Also, the facility was not as good as the previous dealer. The waiting room had few seats, and a television playing in a relatively small space. In addition, the rest room had one stall for the whole facility. More
