Awesome service department! I had been traveling for five hours and my air conditioner stopped working. I was on I75 and was heading to Orlando. It was 97 degrees outside and I d I had been traveling for five hours and my air conditioner stopped working. I was on I75 and was heading to Orlando. It was 97 degrees outside and I decided that I had to find a KIA dealership that I could take my car to and get checked out. After calling one in Orlando to see if I could come right there as soon as I arrived into town and was quickly turned down, I decided to call Jenkins in Ocala. The service department quickly told me to come right in as a walk in and they would take care of me. I arrived within 30 minutes and was helped immediately. The mechanic came right into the waiting area and told me that he knew what the problem was and had it fixed and I was out the door within 45 minutes. I was offered water, coffee and donuts while I waited in the nice air conditioned waiting area and was charged nothing( the part was under warranty). My bad experience of loosing my air conditioner in 97 degree weather turned out better than expected thanks to the wonderful service department at Jenkins KIA!! THANK YOU!! More
