Satisfied Customer I am always please with the service department when I bring my car in for service. The team is always friendly and very helpful in explaining everything. The only thing that would make this better is being able to have a loaner car when your car is dropped off for service. My husband has his car serviced at another dealership and on a first serve first come basis there is a loaner car for the customer, which makes getting your car serviced while you go to work very convenient.. The best car buying experience I've ever had! I was pleasantly surprise with the experience I've had at Jenkins Kia of Ocala. I walked into a big smile and a handshake from General Manager Jason D I was pleasantly surprise with the experience I've had at Jenkins Kia of Ocala. I walked into a big smile and a handshake from General Manager Jason Devilbiss which pointed me into the right direction. Travis Parr was my salesmen, he was polite, knowledgable, and quick when it came to finding me the right car. As he was making me a great deal on the car we agreed upon, my 2 year old daughter was walking around making friends with the staff which was more then amazing. Remington was not pushy, he was completely honest and very educated in his job and about the cars he was selling. Remington showed me all the bells and whistles on my new car, helped me set up some of the awesome features it has and he even helped me pack up my old car and move everything into the new one. Remington is a prime example of a wonderful employee and hard working salesman. It was a great buying experience and I will definitely be sending people there way!!! More
