I got the color and options I wanted at a reasonable price. All the staff at this dealership are always great and friendly. I have been dealing with them for a while. Matt Beavers in service always took care of my first Kia. I really liked the salesman, Byron Wilridge. He was patient and answered all my questions. He looked to find the car and color I wanted. He took extra care to be sure everything was right with my new car before I left the lot. I cannot thank him enough. More

Car wouldn't start Went into the dealership on a tight time frame, had no idea what was wrong with my car. I thought shop opened at 9 because that is what it said hours were. It actually opens at 730. Otherwise great customer service, kept me informed about my car, and offered complimentary refreshments. Helped when In a bind Traveling from Lakewood Ranch FL, to Atlanta GA, my Sportage's alternater went belly up on I-75. Our luck was Jenkin's KIA was close when it failed. We thought we would have to leave it, rent a car(a lot of trouble) and go on. Mike Farrari and team analyzed the problem, ascertained parts availability and got to work. I was bracing for a tough sell approach, but instead found a friendly and knowledgeable sales person that made my buying experience a memorable one. Byron made sure my every concern was addressed and in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with his answers. I love my 2015 Kia Optima and look forward to returning to Jenkins Kia for any service to my vehicle going forward. My entire transaction took maybe 3 hours. The car was detailed and pre-certified and even brought to my home by Byron! How nice was that! John in the accounting area was thorough and professional and prepared the documents in record time. Before leaving he set up my phone so I could use the Bluetooth feature and Sirius satalite station. More
