Good Experience I was in the market for a new car. My first new car since I been driving for over 30 years!!! The right choice was very important to me. I did a lot of research and I decided to go with Kia;my first foreign car too. The dealer is very important to me because I have had my share of unscrupulous dealers. I was wary but decided on Jenkins Kia because of their reputation and the close proximity to my home. I worked with Jamie Fielding who was knowledgeable answering all my questions regarding a vehicle purchase. He followed up on anything I asked about. I had a certain criteria of what I wanted. Back up camera,Apple car play, auto lights, electric windows, mirrors and so forth. I chose the Kia Soul Base model because it had the features that I wanted. I wanted the Wild Orange and if not the Red color with the Black roof. I was told those colors weren't available to me because they were on the more upscale model. Unless I wanted to purchase those models. At first I was upset because I was not aware of this in the beginning and I wasn't crazy about the color choices available to me. When they seen I was a little upset about this they showed concern by explaining to me this was the way the manufacturer made the car colors. Come on Kia!! Let's have more color choices of the base model!!! I chose Titanium Gray because out of the choices available to me I felt this was the nicest color. Their business manager Peter Palys was also very good at explaining what the charges were and accepting the down payment. The dealership appears to care about customer satisfaction. Which is a comfort to me because to me once you leave a dealership with a car your car buying doesn't end. More
My experience My Kia Soul was in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I went in expecting to wait for a long time due to not having an appointment; however the My Kia Soul was in need of an oil change and tire rotation. I went in expecting to wait for a long time due to not having an appointment; however the service was completed in a reasonable time period. I was happy to be able to watch through the window as the guys serviced my truck. I was also excited to see a familiar face Chris Hanson, who used to be at the Cadillac dealer 15 years ago. He even remembered me and i new that my car was in good hands. More

Wasn't in the market for a new KIA Took our 2016 KIA Sorrento to Jenkins KIA for service and oil change. Drove off the lot in a brand new 2018 KIA Sorrento, almost identical to the one Took our 2016 KIA Sorrento to Jenkins KIA for service and oil change. Drove off the lot in a brand new 2018 KIA Sorrento, almost identical to the one we drove in. We were very happy with our KIA, so it didn't take much convincing for us to trade up. We were treated very professionally by Callie Zimmerman when we arrived. She even helped me program the new KIA blue tooth before we left the dealership. Jamie Fielding, a fellow Veteran, was very personable and knowledgeable. A misunderstanding of the GAP insurance and the promise that our monthly payment would remain the same, which in final paper work was not the case, is why Guy Rodas recieves only 4 stars. I felt pressured by John Szylin and wasn't very happy with him or his service, but I guess he was just doing his job, so he gets an average rating. We do not like to be pressured into anything. More
