My wife and I had been on the road all day looking for the right Telluride to purchase. We had an awful experience at Crystal River Kia and on our way home we stopped at Kia of Ocala. We were greeted by the right Telluride to purchase. We had an awful experience at Crystal River Kia and on our way home we stopped at Kia of Ocala. We were greeted by Josh and Mike who were outstanding and treated us with courtesy throughout the negotiations. Afterwards there were some items that needed to be done before delivery. When I return to pick up the Telluride, the detail was not up to par. Juan came out and introduced himself to me and apologize for not meeting their standard. Juan advised me to come back later in the week and offered me a loaner so that he may take his time completing the check list and to make sure the vehicle is detailed to my satisfaction.
