I have purchased two KIAs from this dealership and will never do so again I will also encourage anyone I know not to purchase from this dealership or visit the service department. I have been treated not never do so again I will also encourage anyone I know not to purchase from this dealership or visit the service department. I have been treated not once but three times with disrespect this facility and will no longer tolerate being treated in this manner will also report this dealership to the manufacturer as a poorly ran dealership. They lie, lie, lie - purchase a maintenance contract and was told it covered all the maintenance, even at the last visit, was told that we would not have to pay anything for our maintenance, due to our cove was told it covered all the maintenance, even at the last visit, was told that we would not have to pay anything for our maintenance, due to our coverage, but get there today and we are told, we have to pay. We will never recommend this dealership to anyone ever. My eldest son is a General Manager of a Kia dealership in Ohio and he warned me not to go to a Florida Kia Dealer. He was right. The service is horrible, and they lie to your face consistently. I wish I had never purchased a vehicle from this dealership and spent all the money I spend on a maintenance contract that my youngest son was told today only covers Oil Changes. More

First visit to service vehicle did not go well. Service was performed poorly and it was immediately apparent something was wrong. I was told, though, I couldn't return the car that moment.
