The wait was a little long but the waiting areas were nice and quiet, and the staff was very helpful. The technician who checked me in and out, Cofer, was amazing. Very personable. Car services suck. They gave us the runaround and caused more damage. Take your car to another mechanic. Get your own. What could have cost $9,000 costed us under $300. I was told I could get luggage racks added to my new vehicle that the dealership would provide. As I was driving away I was told this could not be done. They worked to get my payment under a certain dol vehicle that the dealership would provide. As I was driving away I was told this could not be done. They worked to get my payment under a certain dollar amount but as I was signing the paperwork it went over this amount by $25 due to sales tax. This was not mentioned before hand. More

I have a Kia EV6. I live near Savannah Georgia. As it was time for the 16,000 mile service, I approached my local dealership. The earliest time slot was 6 months out I live near Savannah Georgia. As it was time for the 16,000 mile service, I approached my local dealership. The earliest time slot was 6 months out. I called Jenkins Kia and spoke to Joseph. He said the service on this car is not a big thing and they could squeeze me in between other appointments. TWO days later I am having my car serviced. The staff was friendly and all was well explained. I stayed most of the day until the car was finished, but I accepted the fact that I did not have an appointment and they would work on the car when they were able. They offered shuttle service, but I had no place to go so stayed around the dealership. I noted at the end of the day that they had forgotten to reset the service reminder function on the car. So the next morning they took care of the problem in 15 minutes. I am very happy with the service department of this dealership. More
