I just purchased a new 2023 Sportage EX from Andrew Osterhoudt. The experience was awesome! I inquired online about a vehicle, and actually ended up getting a much nicer one with the help of Andrew! My battery went dead at a grocery store. I had someone give me a jump and drove straight to Jenkins Kia. I talked to Service writer Joseph Cofer and explained my problem. He stated that due I had someone give me a jump and drove straight to Jenkins Kia. I talked to Service writer Joseph Cofer and explained my problem. He stated that due to the late afternoon he is not supposed to take any more vehicles for service. I explained that this was my only vehicle and that I had a doctor appointment the next morning. Joseph talked to his manage and they were able to put in a new battery and and get me going. Thank you Joseph Cofer. More
