Honoring of warranty We live in Safety Harbor and our son was driving our 2012 Kia Sorento while attending UF. We had the car towed to Jenkins Kia after the engine stopped while he was driving it. We had maintained and serviced the car regularly but the Kia dealership that we purchased the car from locally said we would have to submit all those records and even then the warranty might not be honored. Jenkins Kia never questioned us, initiated repairs right away and took care of replacing the engine immediately. Thomas kept us apprised of the timetable and my son said everyone was so nice when he picked up the car and they had even detailed it. My parents are thinking of buying a Kia and I told them it would be worth it to drive to Gainesville as everyone was so professional! More

Over the top care this dealership went way beyond any ones expectations. After a chance meeting with a trailer truck retread in the middle of my lane on I75 and a 3 ho this dealership went way beyond any ones expectations. After a chance meeting with a trailer truck retread in the middle of my lane on I75 and a 3 hour due to a poor experience with my roadside assistance, the sales department was willing to stay open past the closing time of 9pm. They also assisted me with finding a motel at 9:30 that had a food source near by. In the am, they picked me up brought me to the dealership and already had the car up on a lift and were evaluating its drivability. They assured me it was ok to drive and even gave me a preliminary estimate of the damage. All of this and no charge! I cannot emphasize enough what a great dealership this is.
