They ripped me off a senior Citizen! !! Brought in my late wife's 2008 Kia Sorento for a no start in the morning issue. Well they had it for 8 days, and they called me and told me it was !! Brought in my late wife's 2008 Kia Sorento for a no start in the morning issue. Well they had it for 8 days, and they called me and told me it was fixed and that it was the plugs. I did not believe it was the plugs because the car would not crank, If it were plugs it would still crank. They charged me $529.00 got the car home and the next morning the car would not start. They ignore my phone calls as my phone number is in their system. bunch of crooks at the Jenkins auto Group !!! I will be filing complaints with the BBB, Florida Attorney's office More

I was blatantly lied to during my diagnostic. I was told my spark plugs were bad even though they weren’t and less than two days old when I brought my car in. I was also told that my timing belt I was told my spark plugs were bad even though they weren’t and less than two days old when I brought my car in. I was also told that my timing belt was missing a tooth and it caused the engine to be out of timing. I took apart my car to replace the timing belt and it’s not missing a tooth at all. I’m beyond furious and the word “scammy” doesn’t come close to describing my experience with this dealership. The lack of integrity will ensure I never do business here again and will be sure to report to proper channels within BBB. This is unacceptable. More
Service center has always been very informative and helpful. Waiting room is very comfortable except for terrible TV viewing of the same videos.
