It is very had to reach the service department, phone rings and rings. I have always had to call for update. Dave was very nice and polite once I reached him. I have had several issues with my car from the week after I purchased it, had to have the engine replaced before it even reached 5,000 miles. I don't even have 10,000 miles on it yet and it will be 3 years old in January. I hope next time I will be able to give 5 stars and hoping next time isn't anytime soon. More
