Dave at the service center is one of the most disrespectful rude nasty people I have had a run in with in a long time. He demanded I get the cover replaced then and there when I explained to begi disrespectful rude nasty people I have had a run in with in a long time. He demanded I get the cover replaced then and there when I explained to begin with it is only 3 days before Christmas I will not do any repairs right now. I wanted my car looked at he then told me his people make 75 per 30 mins for looking at my car if I didn't get the repair then I would be responsible for paying that rate. Well maybe when someone calls in and asks how much to bring my car in to get it looked at bc my warranty was running out maybe instead of telling customers it's free of charge maybe u need to say it's gonna be 75 per 30 mins unless u let me bully u into repairing it with us that same day. Once again I expressed this before coming in. Front the start of walking in the building Mr Dave was horrible. I won't be returning there for anything ever again More
