Devin was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Steven (who is always friendly and accommodating) met me, as I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, and set me up with Devin. I remained in the waiting area and enjoyed the time spent while munching on a couple of doughnuts, drinking coffee, and watching the tv. Devin identified additional work needing to be done without pushiness; giving me a choice. Our OB (name of our car) was returned to me clean and running well.
