Drove 35 miles to Jenkins Kia for the upgrade which prevents easy theft. Service Department came up with an additional $1000 in recommendations, but dealerships always do that. Two hours later, the wife and I drove home, but on the way, the car was making some weird thumping sounds. Got home, looked under the car only to find a plastic wind fairing handing down to the street. Wife called (twice) and spoke with the service manager who told her that nobody there went under the car. Just another Kia Koincidence (TM). Been a few of those over the years. Will never buy another KIA and will never go to Jenkins Kia again for service. Kia is dead to me.
