Citrus Kia service for the pass of the years has been going down. Every time I went to service was an unsuccessful experience. Last time not was the exception. I send my wife to the dealership to they ge going down. Every time I went to service was an unsuccessful experience. Last time not was the exception. I send my wife to the dealership to they get her previous car (Kia Sorento 2019) for service. I can state that the SUV was very well treated with all their maintenance. When they proceed to change the oil and oil filter I receive a call stating that the technician can’t do the routine maintenance due is a crack on the oil pan, I speak with the technician and one of the questions I made was, how do you take out or put in the plug of the oil pan, by hand or a gun impact? The technician answer me that they do the procedure with a gun impact. I understand that technicians has to have their tools to do certain task, but the severity of use an impact on something very fragile, that’s unacceptable. I get so upset that I finish changing the SUV not for the SUV conditions, I changed for not dealing anymore with bad experience. More
