I had a recall appointment 2 months ago. I was told I would get a call to schedule when the parts came in. I received the call with a promise of a tank of gas if I schedule the appointment. When the vehicle was complete I was told I would get a call when the parts came in. I was under the impression when I received the call the car would be getting repaired. This is very inconvenient. The gas was never mentioned. More

Didn't take care of all the issues, the follow up was worse. Trying to schedule an appointment for some parts that were ordered the last time I was there, but I got the runaround and then an answering ma worse. Trying to schedule an appointment for some parts that were ordered the last time I was there, but I got the runaround and then an answering machine. Meanwhile my radio still doesn't work, my rotors wobble, the trim on my trunk is still loose. I was told the radio and rotors needed to be ordered. I've yet to receive a follow up call. It feels like I've really got to work to get my car taken care of here. More
