Thanks to the last two service appts taking way longer then they should, can't get a call back for days on questions about your car sitting there waiting to be serviced and them not giving you proper info then they should, can't get a call back for days on questions about your car sitting there waiting to be serviced and them not giving you proper info in sold my car. I didn't appreciate a 30 minute service taking 2.5 hrs and costing me a to cancel an appt. The second service 11 hr job took 5 business days to complete once the part was received. Was a Kia owner for 13 yrs and 4 vehicles. Bye-Bye. Thank you Jenkins I will never buy a car from you. More

Well, everything good but they messed up.
