I highly recommend Steve as the only service advisor worth considering. His expertise is exceptional, providing precise advice to ensure your car is back on the road efficiently. Unfortunately, the other service advisors adopt a predatory approach, attempting to extract more money from customers. While this may benefit Kia in the short term, it is detrimental to both the dealership and its customer base overall. More
