I was visiting Pine Ridge when a check engine light came on in my 2020 Sportage. I was able to get a repair appointment within 24 hours of calling. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a KIA employee who checked on in my 2020 Sportage. I was able to get a repair appointment within 24 hours of calling. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a KIA employee who checked me in. The technician diagnosed my problem within 1/2 hour and they were able to get a part and fix my Sportage the same day. The vehicle is running without any issues and I am ready for my trip home. More

Heads and sholders above Conner. If you roll up to any Jenkins location and meet Conner, RUN. Picked up car after 2 trip to Kia and recieved car with repairs that were broken. Thats right, it was repaired and returned with borken repairs. Litterly pastic broken that they replaced NEW and OEM parts. The Service department at Kia had to repair the mechanical because the autobody shop could not catch a leaking radiator like with a crack you can't miss unless your blind. The collision center doesn't even list their employees online like other locations, are they ashamed? I forgot to mention it took them nearly six (6) complete months and towed in 2 time to get it working but not fully repaired. FYI not fully repaired but fully paid by insurance and out of pocket. More
