I had the 30,000 mi work done and had to return for a window switch replacement and the level of service was outstanding. Although this dealer is much farther than the previous, there is no comparison in the customer service you receive. More

We brought a 2008 Kia Rondo that is our main mode of transportation to Citrus Kia after being dealt rudely at Palm Chevrolet Kia in Ocala. We were impressed to say the least of the courtesy and professionalism that we received at Citrus Kia. The service staff were polite and very knowledgeable of what we were in their area for. Our overall experience was beyond satisfactory! For all of our needs with the Rondo we will be taking our car to Citrus Kia. When we bought our 2011 Kia Sedona, we were told by the salesman that there was paint damage to the front bumper due to a minor accident. We submitted a list of items to be done, The salesman came to me while I was in the Service area, and at that time the front bumper was not going to be repaired because it was too costly. At that time, Ms. Lisa Parisi came by to ask me how I liked the van and to congratulate me on the purchase. During our conversation we discussed the work being done which I was satisfied with, except for the salesman's refusal to repair and paint the front bumper. Ms. Parisi immediately went to the Service person who was working on my van. Very shortly afterward, Ms. Parisi returned and told me the front bumper would be repaired and painted. I was not happy with the experience until Ms. Parisi corrected the problem, which made my experience with Kia outstanding. Ms. Parisi is an asset to your dealership and is to be commended for going the "extra mile". You can be sure that due to personnel like Ms. Parisi, I will be returning to your Service Dept. in the future, and will not hesitate to recommend it to all my friends. Robert J. Scuderi More

I AM 82 YEARS OLD AND HAVE OWNED MANY CARS, DEALT WITH MANY SERVICE MANAGERS, THERE IS NO SERVICE MANAGER AT ANOTHER DEALER THAT CAN COME CLOSE TO THE KIA GENERAL MANAGER.
