Every issue was addressed and he made sure he reviewed the repairs that were done before releasing the car to us. No haggling, just expert service. In addition to the great service we also had an extremely clean and well appointed area to wait in if we wished to wait for the car. Will definitely continue to use Citrus Kia for all of our servicing needs. While waiting for a final adjustment to be done we wandered into the showroom and were greeted by Paul Taracatac. Even though he understood we were not buying at this moment he took the time to discuss some of the features of the new 2016's and answer questions for my husband.. Most likely our next new car will come from this dealer due to the friendly, no pressure attitude of the sales staff, and the thoroughness of the service staff. Thanks Citrus Kia! More

Cadenza (2014) Odor Developed "dead smell" odor while on vacation. Upon return, Citrus Kia did an AC evaproator flush, and checked the Cabin Filter (filter had been repla Developed "dead smell" odor while on vacation. Upon return, Citrus Kia did an AC evaproator flush, and checked the Cabin Filter (filter had been replaced just 1500 mi ago). Diagnosis: dead mouse in back of Cabin Filter. Problem solved. Citrus Kia is a terrific dealership that truly tries to solve a problem and please customers. Congratulations to Amanda Gallagher (Service Advisor) for her communication and caring skills. Please don't leave. Also I commend Citrus Corporate Customer Relations for working with Amanda and me for their courteous and responsive action in providing a no-charge replacement filter. Gary T.
