Actually it is everyone we have ever worked with. John Keegan is the main man, we have bought 4 KIAS from Citrus Kia and John has sold us 3. He is easy to work with and ALWAYS does his utmost to give us what we want. Never pushy, all you need to do is ask. He will do what ever possible to meet your requests. Once you buy your car the next important group is service, after the quality cars the service is what brings us back. They are courteous, fast and do the work properly. We have never had a complaint about them. We had a gasket around our bug deflector come lose. While in for some updates they replaced bug deflector to make sure it was done right. This brings us to management, the quality of the care you get is directly attributed to the quality of management. If management is bad the people are not happy and that effects how they appear to the public. This is a 5 star establishment and you see it the minute you walk through the. We had a person hit our car and when we brought it in for repairs they treated us like royalty from beginning to end. Great Dealership for Service and Sales! I went into Citrus Kia yesterday because my engine light came on. Paul Duvall in the service department was really nice and helpful! He explained that a sensor had tripped and that I needed to have it replaced. He explained the charges completely and let me know exactly how long I would have to wait for my car to be ready. While I was there I spoke with Rob Holton who is a salesman for Citrus as well. He took me out for a test drive in the new Sportage. What a great car! Rob was super knowledgeable about the car and the possible financing too. If I wasn't completely in love with my current 2007 Sportage, I would have snapped that car up! Thankfully Kia makes cars that really last and after having the repairs completed I was on my way again...One more happy customer! Kia, Great dealer, great cars and exellent service Came with my wife to have the oil changed on our Optima. I told her to check out the 2015 models. Specifically, Amanda has on every occas I find the people working in the Service Dept at Citrus Kia to be performing at the upmost professional level. Specifically, Amanda has on every occasion, made me feel like a welcomed customer. From a simple oil change to how the vehicle handles on the road - she is always courteous and willing to listen. Plus, she has a very detailed perception of how the car works. Just when I thought I knew everything about a car, she provided keen insight as to potential causes and how the car would handle in which I had not previously thought of or knew about.
