A Dealership with Knowledge and Excellence Citrus Kia has a great General Manager, Paul Arduser. He has answered many questions that I have had about my Kia Optima. His Service Advisor, Paul Citrus Kia has a great General Manager, Paul Arduser. He has answered many questions that I have had about my Kia Optima. His Service Advisor, Paul Duvall and Amanda have also been very helpful and friendly. I was in for a AVN System Upgrade Recall. The service department check out my car with their complete inspections and made me aware that I needed a cabin filter which was very dirty. They also added coolant and window washer fluid. It is nice to know I don't have to worry about my car when I have them service my Kia. Thank you for having such valuable employees! More

Excellent Service My partner and I took a drive out to Citrus Kia today to get our car worked on today. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and Paul invit My partner and I took a drive out to Citrus Kia today to get our car worked on today. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and Paul invited us over to his desk and reviewed what we needed done, he was sure to ask if there was anything else at all other than the recall he could look at for us, we told him our fog light was loose and about a light that kept turning on, we were then informed that the dealer we bought the car from was incorrect when he said our car was under warranty due to the fact that our car was over 5 years old. Paul didn't want us to pay for this and felt it was unfair we were misinformed after being told when we bought the car 4 months ago, that we had a 1 year warranty from the dealer we bought our car from, so he went above and beyond to actually call the dealer, speak to a sales manager over the phone and have them agree to pick up the bill for the recalls. Paul made sure everything was fixed, the recalls were taken care of and even fixed the fog light at no charge, $500 worth of work done for not a dime out of our pocket all because he put in an extra effort that most would not do. I would highly recommend Paul at Citrus Kia to anyone looking for service done to their vehicle. More
