Can't believe what I witnessed! I have been a proud KIA owner and have thought myself part of Steve and Cindy's business family for 7yrs. I have purchased every car from mine and my husband's, to our children's cars from them. But today I witnessed for the first time their shop and OMG! I seen a few Mechanics running around frantically trying to get the cars from their door moving, but I particularly took notice to a few things. #1. A young mechanic playing on a laptop while many cars blocked the shop, #2. Three Mechanics standing around at the same time talking about the window girl's butt right in front of me! Then worst of all one of the advisors named Bushnell like the town I think start ripping into one of the few mechanics I actually witnessed working about cars taking so long. This then continued to this Todd fellow walking up but I don't think he heard that man addressing the youngish maybe 35yo mechanic like he was talking to a bad dog our inmate. Which then escalated as I walked into the service department door moments later to hear this advisor lying to a white haired man in an office him I don't know about that mechanic, to an extreme extent. Now kudos to the young mechanic down near the end on the left he was mad I could tell but he didn't slow down one but and returned to work on my friend's car while I watched a younger man to my direct right mossy on a oil change for my own. Now I have worked as an HR officer for too long and I've never watched such lacked communication and total carelessness from other mechanics while a few struggle to keep up. Now I've seen and heard the tales and have personally felt the hours without explanation of sitting there, but I love the team so never upset me. But today what really set me on edge was the way these people talked knowing I was standing right there at the service garage door, and the way that Bushnell guy talked to that young man and others, then to watch him lying I wanted to say something but it wasn't my place. So I get my car it's good but took longer then my friend's car and I was pulled in to the first bday almost twenty minutes before she was pulled in by the man down on the left whom was spoken to in such a Manor, completely ignoring the mechanics standing around and sitting and attacking the guys I seen sweating and moving cars. Now it should be noted I was only in for an oil change, my friend however was there for a few recalls. She was told would be a few hours I was told 30min, now yes neither of us was thirty minutes but she was done well before me. Now was this the end? No! I went and ran a few errands and decided to return to my car to hear one of the young men whom I seen working so hard while others played telling the Todd fellow he's been fired! Something I couldn't help but overhear while talking to Karen because of advisor's something! I was beside myself there was so few people actually working and this man was one of them! I still can't believe what I heard and witnessed today! I'm sorry citrus KIA but that's not smart business or good practice for people to talk like that, and people to get fired who seemed to be trying! I have diligently always put up with the long times and just figured you where busy and left it at that, low and behold the one time I watch from the sidelines I witness this people standing around, talking, playing, and they fire people working? I'm sorry Steve and Cindy I love you guy's and you have a great sales team, and Mr. Devin has always been so sweet and helpful in service but that was sickening to watch today. And for those men to talk in such a way about that new glass girl was just disgusting! I will be finding a new KIA to go through I think after today cause now I'll know when I'm stuck there an hour it's not cause their busy, it's cause there's a woman to talk about while the good guy's get thrown out. To that youngish man in the back left: I really hope it was a misunderstanding and you didn't loose your job you where one I seen working darn hard. To the boy in the front with his camo hat: if I may recommend stop looking at your phone and change the oil already! To that advisor you sure should be fired! And those Mechanics standing talking about that girl you should be brought in for sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior in front of a customer! More

Poor maintenance repair department We have a 2016 Kia Sedona and the windshield washer was not working. We called and made an appointment to have this repaired and ended up taking it b We have a 2016 Kia Sedona and the windshield washer was not working. We called and made an appointment to have this repaired and ended up taking it back to Citrus Kia 5 times in one month to have this warranty work repaired. Each time we left, it was not working within one day. It was still not working after the 5th time, so we took it to a local garage and they found that the hoses were crushed and kinked. We won't be returning to Citrus Kia. More

Problem Solved Upon purchasing our new Sedona van from our great salesman Timmy Torres, we discovered a deep scratch on the passenger side front windshield. After n Upon purchasing our new Sedona van from our great salesman Timmy Torres, we discovered a deep scratch on the passenger side front windshield. After numerous attempts to correct this problem by Devin Gillespie, our very determined service representative, a new windshield was ordered and installed after several months. We can't thank Devin and the service manager Mike enough for their determination to resolve this matter to our satisfaction with great patience and numerous telephone calls while waiting for the approval to order a new windshield. We are extremely satisfied with the work that has been done by a great service team and with our new van. More
