I was greeted as soon as I entered Jenkins Kia. Their set-up makes it easy to drop your vehicle. Someone picked me up at my office when it was finished at the time they said they would. Service was great although service rep's could notify each other when a customer is waiting for a rep not at their desk. My rep was in the service area and I had to ask for another rep to notify him I w each other when a customer is waiting for a rep not at their desk. First visit since Jenkins purchased. Times on receipt not accurate, took 2 1/2 hours if not longer to get serviced. Facility was better than when Citrus owned it. Personnel was not as friendly when Citrus ow accurate, took 2 1/2 hours if not longer to get serviced. Facility was better than when Citrus owned it.
