Does service department was very slow I had a 1:30 appointment to have two tires put on my car and I was there till 3:20 two out almost 2 hours later for two tires then when I left the dealership all appointment to have two tires put on my car and I was there till 3:20 two out almost 2 hours later for two tires then when I left the dealership all four tires were not the same inflation there was there was two pounds less here and there and one here they never really checked it The young fell are taking care of me I know he was new but he didn't come out and keep me advised the whole time I was sitting there in fact I had to get up after I was done reading a magazine I bought from home I had to get up and go find out what happened my car and what two tires while I was waiting for so long and it just happened that they they had the paperwork just came there today feller but no you have to it has to be run like it used to be at least the people kept up to date with you they told you what was going on and what was happening so you knew you just wasn't sitting there in the dark I do hope it gets better because you done the work key is done to work on my vehicle the whole time but if it's going to be this bad of shape then I'll have to go to a different dealership I'm sorry thank you More

After spending almost $7000 to replace the engine in my 2014 Soul, we had an oil leak. Brought it in to be looked at and was told it was not covered and would cost another $850!!
