Devin was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Steven (who is always friendly and accommodating) met me, as I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, and set me up with Devin. They ripped me off a senior Citizen! !! Brought in my late wife's 2008 Kia Sorento for a no start in the morning issue. Well they had it for 8 days, and they called me and told me it was !! Brought in my late wife's 2008 Kia Sorento for a no start in the morning issue. Well they had it for 8 days, and they called me and told me it was fixed and that it was the plugs. I did not believe it was the plugs because the car would not crank, If it were plugs it would still crank. They charged me $529.00 got the car home and the next morning the car would not start. They ignore my phone calls as my phone number is in their system. bunch of crooks at the Jenkins auto Group !!! I will be filing complaints with the BBB, Florida Attorney's office More
