My Kia Niro would not recognize the key that I had in my hand. This had never happened before. I called Citrus Kia explaining the situation, and while I was talking to the receptionist somehow the car sta hand. This had never happened before. I was told to drive to the facility and they would assist me. Not only did they help with my remote by changing the battery, but, because I had a scheduled appointment for service; they took care of all that had to be done saving me lots of time. More

The service people were very friendly. They took us right on time. Our car was ready sooner than expected. The waiting room had snacks and delicious coffee.
