Service is good, but to expensive! We receive emails expressing a desire to buy my Kia at top price, but when I inquire about this, no one seems to have any idea of the offer. We have purchased 3 cars from Citrus Kia, now Jenkins Kia. We had been very happy with the service department, but were hesitant how the new owners would handle this dealership. Brought our 2014 Sorento in for an oil change & installation of a recall kit. I was promptly greeted by the service department staff. I waited in the comfortable waiting room & before I knew it, my advisor was telling me the service was completed. When Jenkins took over this dealership, I was hoping that they would be able to meet my expectations as Citrus did. I was very pleased with this recent service. It seems there is more staff who work as a team, find the best price for you (coupons on their website), highly skilled mechanics; safe & clean environment, etc. It also was enjoyable to see many same faces from Citrus Kia!
