I went in or an oil change I was told about two recalls that would take about 1 1/2 hours. I was there at 10:15am. I'm on oxygen and said to Dave then it will be done by 12 or 12:30. It was all most 2:00on before it was finished. By that time I was out of oxygen and had to drive back to SpringHill. I'll never return to that dealership again. Lost my business. More

I have not been as pleased with the service center since Jenkins took over. The service writers are pleasant and helpful but I see many things that has changed. They don't escort you to your car anymore a Jenkins took over. The service writers are pleasant and helpful but I see many things that has changed. They don't escort you to your car anymore and the last time I got mine the plastic was still over the seat and paper on the floor - a nice idea for keeping the car clean but needs to be removed when they finish working on it. I am not fond of the ticket for a car wash, it was better when they washed it at the dealership. I just don't feel the personal touch that Citrus offered. More
