This was my first experience with this dealership and I was truly blown away with the courtesy shown by the Service personnel and their real desire to make my experience meaningful and memorable. They were truly professional in how they handled my simple situation and went overboard to explain why they did not have the parts on hand and would expedite an order and contact me when they arrive to set up an appointment. They offered my a car wash for my time and this was a wonderful surprise but I declined since I had just washed my car before arriving for the service call. I look forward to re-visiting them for my service work. It was an enjoyable opportunity to meet those who man the Service Department and I was impressed and will return. More

We have purchased 3 cars from Citrus Kia, now Jenkins Kia. We had been very happy with the service department, but were hesitant how the new owners would handle this dealership.
