INCOMPETENT SERVICE CREW AND MANAGER. SERVICE CREW DAMAGED MY VEHICLE WHILE IN SERVICE, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL HANDLING TO REPAIR THE ISSUE PROPERLY IN A TIMELY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. JUST GETTING DAMAGED MY VEHICLE WHILE IN SERVICE, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL HANDLING TO REPAIR THE ISSUE PROPERLY IN A TIMELY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. JUST GETTING THE RUN AROUND TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE HUGE SCRATCH THEY CAUSED. WHEN I POINTED OUT THE DAMAGE, AS EXPECTED THE MANAGER TRY TO DENY THE ISSUE. MADE ME WAIT 2 WEEKS BECAUSE ON THAT DAY IT WAS TOO WINDY TO PAINT. PROMISED THE PAINT CREW COULD FIX THE ISSUE. AFTER TWO MORE WEEKS PAST, CAME BACK TO FIX THE DAMAGE BY PAINT CREW. THEY WERE A TOTAL JOKE! I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD TOUCH IT UP USING CRAYONS AND TOUCH UP PAINTS (NOT SPRAY PAINT) TO FIX THE HUGE SCRATCH. SO I WAITED TO WEEKS FOR TOUCH PAINT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO WINDY FOR TOUCH UP PAINT?? HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. AFTER 4 WEEKS OF RUNAROUND I EXPRESSED TO THEM THAT THEY HAVE WASTED MY TIME. IF I WANTED A TOUCH UP TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE, I COULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF. THEY GOT UPSET ABOUT IT, BECAUSE I CRITICIZED THEIR MEDIOCRE OBVIOUS TOUCH UP PAINT JOBS APPROVED BY THE DEALER. SO I REFUSED THE BS AND DECIDED TO ASK FOR THE PAINT SO I CAN DO IT MYSELF. I TOLD THE MANAGER TO JUST PROVIDE THE PAINT AND ILL DO IT MYSELF, SINCE THEY COULD NOT FULFILL THE DAMAGE REPAIR. MANAGER PROMISED TO CALL ME WHEN PAINT WAS AVAILABLE IN TWO MORE WEEKS. NOW WE ARE LOOKING AT ALMOST 60 DAYS MADE ME WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS, AND STILL NO PAINT, AND NO PHONE CALL FOLLOW UP. I TRIED CALLING THE USELESS SERVICE MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES, ALWAYS BUSY IN MEETINGS, AND BS EXCUSES WITH NO RESPONSE, NO RETURNED CALLS AND NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THE PAINT. THEREFORE WHEN YOU GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS THE RUN AROUND, AND YOU MAKE FALSE PROMISES, IT IS EXPECTED THAT THE DEALER HAVE A POOR HANDLING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE. AND THIS IS WHY YOU ARE RECEIVING POOR REVIEW!!! DON'T FORCE CUSTOMERS TO GIVE YOU A "10" WHEN YOU DO CRAPPY SERVICES AND FALSE PROMISES! MY ADVISE TO EVERYONE WHO VISITS THIS DEALER, DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER TO RETURN YOUR CAR IN THE SAME STATE AS YOU DROPPED IT OFF. INSPECT, INSPECT, AND REINSPECT! LOOK ALL THE WAY AROUND YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE DRIVING OFF THE DEALER. THEY WILL DENY EVERYTHING AND WILL NOT OWN UP TO THEIR SCREW UPS. NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING THAT GOES ON AT THIS DEALER AND VEHICLES. THE SERVICE AGENT HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF MY VEHICLE TIRE SIZE FOR ROTATION. TOOK THE CAR FOR SCHEDULED SERVICE OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION, RECALL, AND TO FIX RATTLING NOISE IN THE TRUNK. TRUNK MUCH WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE. TIRE ROTATION NOT PERFORMED BECAUSE SERVICE AGENT THOUGHT VEHICLE HAD DIFFERENT WHEEL SIZE. I HAVE TO SAY BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALER WAS A NICE A EXPERIENCE, BUT SERVICING THE CAR AT THIS DEALER, HAS BEEN A COMPLETE JOKE! NO ONE THERE KNOWS THEIR HEADS FROM THEIR REARS, SPECIALLY THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO LIKES RAISING HIS VOICE AT THE CUSTOMERS WHO GIVES THE DEALER A BAD REVIEW. WORD OF ADVISE TO THE SERVICE MANAGER...FIND ANOTHER JOB, OBVIOUSLY YOU CANNOT HANDLE YOUR JOB! IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER AVOID THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE AT ALL COST! More
