Dave, my service advisor communicated my predicted service time, greeted me as a former customer and escorted me into the customer waiting room. I had no issues with the people or the service, but an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change is ridiculous. I was the second appointment of the day, so not quite sure why it took that long.
