I love them at Kia, they are very accommodating, they treat you very good. I have never had a bad experience there in the 4 years I have gone there. I tried to phone for a service appt. I did that 3 different times and days. Service dept did not pick up, Receptionist tried to assist by taking my name and number but no one called me.
