Service was very good however I am not with decision not to cover my road hazard coverage becausw I hit a curve. The curve was a pile of rocks placed by a neighbor to prevent cars from riding on his lawn h to cover my road hazard coverage becausw I hit a curve. The curve was a pile of rocks placed by a neighbor to prevent cars from riding on his lawn however one of his rocks had slid into roadway and sliced my tire as I was passing by. I had to forfeit $384.00 for new tire after paying $899.00 for warranty coverage. More

3 problems that I encountered. 1 My garage door opener has NOT been returned to me. 2. A $450 charge for ? was slipped passed me and I want to cancel the ? and my money return 1 My garage door opener has NOT been returned to me. 2. So I was very hesitant on going to this dealership was just not having it and then Aaron made it a very good experience my wife had a job interview over the phone and he talked to me and my grandma the wh just not having it and then Aaron made it a very good experience my wife had a job interview over the phone and he talked to me and my grandma the whole time we where there. We probably spent 5 hours before deciding and the whole time Aaron was was great made us laugh and helped us get what we wanted for the price we wanted. We ended up buying a Kia Sorento 2019 very nice car and the next morning we picked it up nicely detailed and he bought us lunch easy to get ahold of if you need anything he is a great guy More
