My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride from Kia of Crystal River Florida. Out main contact was Syed Jaffary. This was the BEST car experience we've ever had. The dealership is clean and we from Kia of Crystal River Florida. Out main contact was Syed Jaffary. This was the BEST car experience we've ever had. The dealership is clean and well organized. The sales manager we dealt with was JR who was also excellent. The real star and reason for our purchase however was Syed. Personable, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Paid top dollar for a new Kia. Pin size hole in the radiator not covered by warranty. Was declared a road hazard $1600.00 A pin hole..really. A week after getting an oil change and tire rotation my battery died and my fluids were low. They washed my car twice because there was oil from the change on it. Advised me it wouldn’t come out. Came home and put some Dawn on it and it came off immediately. Been using them for years but not satisfied this time at all. More
