We had ordered an extra key for our KIA after a loss. They said it would take 5 days. It took 5 weeks. After making a service appointment, they programmed the fob but forgot to give extra key we had orde They said it would take 5 days. It took 5 weeks. One hour and a half later, we got what we needed. We were NOT happy with a simple task that needed to be done. More

I was there 2. 5 hours for routine 20000 mile service. When Dave Bushnell determined that it was only because my paperwork was misplaced, he gave me the service fr 5 hours for routine 20000 mile service.
