A lot of Soul-searching should be done with car salesman. I truly know how and why car salesman get their less than Humane reputation. When you find out that the funds you thought you had, were not there, ma I truly know how and why car salesman get their less than Humane reputation. When you find out that the funds you thought you had, were not there, making a huge mistake like this, in itself is super life changing especially for a retired older woman on a fixed income. Going back to the dealership crying your eyes out that you cannot afford this car because you made a huge mistake.in your banking. I didn't have the funds to put down on the car. (this wasn't the first car I bought from this dealership either.) They could have had mercy on me and figured something out for me. I had to give them my last few dollars in my savings. I had to sign this over to them. It absolutely left me with nothing. I told the person this. He didn't care. It was a sale to him, I was nothing more or nothing less to him. Would he have done this to his own mother, grandmother? I would say yes! My car will probably be repossessed due to not enough funds to pay each month. .. More
I brought my 2017 Kia in for service because the motor blew at 52,000 miles. The car has has a 10 year 100,000 mile power train warranty. While I am not happy with kia, Jenkins kia was very professional and provided all of the information that gathered on the vehicle after inspecting it. They also provide a phone number for Kia’s customer service department so I could contact them about the warranty issue. More

I had a recall appointment 2 months ago. I was told I would get a call to schedule when the parts came in. I received the call with a promise of a tank of gas if I schedule the appointment.
