My experience with this dealership was the worst I ever experienced. I have been buying car from this location for about 20 years, never again. I did stupidly sign for it without fully understanding it. When I finally got them to correct it, my interest rate went up almost 3%. Stay away from Jenkins! More

Very disappointed in our experience here. Been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks about an oil leak we’ve had since purchase. We've left multiple emails, texts and messages and have heard nothing back. Once you leave with the car I guess you are dead to them and you will be ignored. Unfortunate because we wanted to create a lasting relationship and bring the vehicle back for regular maintenance but that’s highly unlikely now. More

A lot of Soul-searching should be done with car salesman. I truly know how and why car salesman get their less than Humane reputation. When you find out that the funds you thought you had, were not there, ma I truly know how and why car salesman get their less than Humane reputation. When you find out that the funds you thought you had, were not there, making a huge mistake like this, in itself is super life changing especially for a retired older woman on a fixed income. Going back to the dealership crying your eyes out that you cannot afford this car because you made a huge mistake.in your banking. I didn't have the funds to put down on the car. (this wasn't the first car I bought from this dealership either.) They could have had mercy on me and figured something out for me. I had to give them my last few dollars in my savings. I had to sign this over to them. It absolutely left me with nothing. I told the person this. He didn't care. It was a sale to him, I was nothing more or nothing less to him. Would he have done this to his own mother, grandmother? I would say yes! My car will probably be repossessed due to not enough funds to pay each month. .. More
