When we made for our 2021 Kia soul, the part came in broken and they had to order another part in order for our car to run right. The service team is excellent. They know their job and get us in and out in a timely manner. Unfortunately they also have a salesman with an office next to the service desk. He go They know their job and get us in and out in a timely manner. Unfortunately they also have a salesman with an office next to the service desk. He goes through the customers on the days list and targets them to try and get them to upgrade their vehicle. I know this because I did go in his office the when I was there a month ago and noticed peoples demographics sitting on the table by the door. I should not have seen that.on this visit I had to tell him very specific language I did not wish to speak with him. More
