Bought the 2011 Kia in Anchorage. Have had vehicle serviced in Anchorage,Jacksonville, Newport Richey. Have had multiple issues with vehicle since purchase and most could have been settled with intel serviced in Anchorage,Jacksonville, Newport Richey. Have had multiple issues with vehicle since purchase and most could have been settled with intellegence if used. I have been told wait and drive the vehicle another 5000- miles and break it in its too cold here then bring it back. With an oil pan leak I was told we cleaned it maybe some oil spilled during last oil change and you need to see if it persists (When they did last oil change). Check it in a couple months? And the last my compressor is going bad and I know the about vehicles but was told nothing is wrong that's the way it is suppose to sound no problem that's the way the air is suppose to work. I took the car to Citrus Kia of Crystal River And first thing I was greeted by salesman with pleasant conversation and directed me towards service department. They asked if I was there for assistance with purchcase or service when they saw my vehicle. They DID NOT try to automatically sell or convince me I needed a new or another new vehicle or tried to get my credit report done like the other dealers. They were supportive and assured me they have a great service staff and they were correct. Amanda the young lady at the service department took my complaints and information and as I was remembering other little issues was taking back when done to the tech. Quick and efficient they found the problems and offered to give me a ride home. Ron the service driver was an excellent drive polite and curteous. Amanda said said we will call you once full assessment done. Called at time promised and notified me the auto would be ready in morning and because of the distance I live 28 miles away as soon as they opened up they would call me right before he left. Again accurate to the minute.The past couple of drivers at other dealer we dangerous drivers, had me terrified in traveling with them. Had less than an unsavory conversation in vehicles which even have not appreciated there or anywhere. But at this dealership the driver very respectful, safe driver made me feel at ease when dropped off home and on the way back. When arriving at dealership and I got out of vehicle was greeted by one of the salesman that greeted me the day before and asked how I was doing today, and inquired on the concerns of my reason for visit if everything was addressed. He more or less reassured me of the confidence of the dealership and staff to make this service a good experience. Amanda the service manager had my paper work and said the Tech would like to consult with me about items repaired. Let and got them personally. The tech was very respectful made me feel comfortable and didn't try to talk like I was a very uneducated person on vehicles.And even then asked if I had any more questions or possible issues he could help me with.Although I live 28 miles away and will be moving possibly 50 miles away I will be back to this dealership for any servicing or future purchases Guaranteed! We just purchased our second car a 2014 Sorento SX from Citrus Kia, our 1st was A 2011 Sportage SX . We went back to Citrus Kia because of the great service, friendly and courteous employees and sales staff that work with you but are not pushy. Whenever we have had issues which weren't many they took the time to listen to our concerns and rectify them to our satisfaction each and every time. If there was any delay in any situation this dealer made compensation as appropriate. I was referred to this dealership from my Sister' friend. She had Joe Slater call me. Wow what a find. I wanted to buy my Mother on Her 80th birthday a Kia Sol ! with all the options at a very com friend. She had Joe Slater call me. Wow what a find. I wanted to buy my Mother on Her 80th birthday a Kia Sol ! with all the options at a very competitive price. Joe made it happen. He found the car and got it shipped in on time. Joe had the car detailed and ready with a bow for my Mother upon our arrival. Joe took what ever time my Mother required to understand the car and then we were sent on to Mike Reyes. Another super pleasant man. Citrus Kia, Joe Slater and Mike Reyes did everything they said they would. Joe made this purchase experience easy and seemless all while offering an excellent price. I highly recommend Joe, Mike and Citrus Kia and I would purchase another car from them!!!! Great job guys!!! More

Our "2011 Kia Soul +" was in the service dept. for a small item recall notice ... which was promptly taken care of to our satisfaction ... Being that we haven't had this vehicle for a complete for a small item recall notice ... which was promptly taken care of to our satisfaction ... Being that we haven't had this vehicle for a complete 2 years yet ... we were looking around the dealership's showroom while killing time waiting on our vehicle ... and got involved in a conversation with Joe Slater, one of the Sales Consultants ... we very much appreciated both his ease and candor during our lengthy conversation where he was answering any and all questions to the best of his ability concerning our car's value in 2, 3 or 4 years from purchase ... specifically to help us make the decision on our own ... without feeling any pressure what so ever ... as to when is the best time to trade it in, etc. ... All vehicle owners have a pretty good idea of just how much your "new" vehicle depreciates the second you drive it off the dealer's lot ... but, looking to make the best economic decision as to when is the best time to trade it in order to get as much as money as possible for your trade and what possible discounts we would be eligible to receive (loyalty, armed forces, etc.) is something you have to educate yourself on ... If there was a gentleman I would recommend sitting down with and knowing that he will talk straight with you ... it's Joe Slater ... we will definitely be calling him when the time is right for us to consider trading our present vehicle in for a new and upgraded model ... who would have ever guessed someone would give us so much assistance without making a sale ... but, it definitely made a very big and positive impression on us !!! I did know that I liked the Kia Soul AND what I could afford. Everyone I encountered helped me along--provided straight-forward, helpful information and answers to every question I asked in a patient, pleasant and polite manner. Every one of them demonstated a genuine joy just being there as well as with what they were doing: the owners, Steve and Cindy Hiteman, Jane Hughes, Paul A., Joe Slater, Tony Meador, Mike Reyes, the sales and service reps whose names I didn't get, working with other customers. After the test drives, Salesman Joe Slater presented me with clear, simple-to-understand figures for every lease and purchase option I requested. The figures he presented were incredibly generous. That was a Monday. Tuesday I decided to purchase a new 2013 Red Kia Soul-- may I add--the very first NEW vehicle I have ever owned! I'm used to being the LAST owner. Wednesday Joe gave me a pen and with ease, had me sign my way through the sales agreement. With the same pen, I completed the financial agreement with Finance and Insurance Rep, Mike Reyes, again clearly and simply, no hidden anything. I walked out the door to my new red Soul! Wow! Joe gave me a verbal and visual demonstration of every switch, dial and button between the dashboard and trunk area. I drove out of the lot as much at home with my new car as I'd been with my 11 year old trade-in. I am grateful to every one at Citrus Kia for making a daunting decision simple, enjoyable and rewarding. Happy Trails to them all. More

This is my third KIA purchase since 2008. I have always used John as My sales person. I do not like a "high pressure" salesmen. Purchasing a new vehicle is very stressful.
