I talked with Mr Michael Boswell shortly after my husband died and told him I was waiting for insurance money, well it was 6 weeks before I was able to call him back to purchase the car. He remembere husband died and told him I was waiting for insurance money, well it was 6 weeks before I was able to call him back to purchase the car. He remembered me and had the car I wanted at the dealership the next day. All of the staff were so helpful and nice. Michael explained every piece of paper I signed and even called the insurance company to set up my new car. After all the papers were signed he went over the car with me and even set up my blue tooth. I had talked with other dealers and always felt like I was being pushed, I did not feel that way at Citrus. I have nothing but good things to say about Citrus and Mr. Boswell, if anyone out there is thinking about buying a car Citrus and Mr, Michael Boswell is the way to go. Thank you Mr. Boswell. This is the 1st foreign car that my wife & I have ever purchased (new or used) in our lifetime (and we're in our 70s) and we did so because we felt confident that it was the best vehicle for us. We liked how the car drove, how it looked, features of the car and of course the warranties. One of the things that impressed us greatly about Citrus Kia and our Salesman Joe Slater was that there was no pressure into purchasing and the dealership was genuinely friendly. Our salesman (Joe Slater) was very through and informative in explaining everything as we were looking at the cars, and also after we purchased the vehicle he again knew his product well and had a lot of patience with us as he thoroughly explained the full operation of the vehicle & controls.
