My experience with Citrus Kia was outstanding. When I first went to check out new Souls I met Joe Slater. He was very knowledgable and helpful. We were new to the Kia Brand. They showed us a compliment of different models & Colors until we settled on a price range. Each car excelled in our expectations until we settled on one particular auto (NEW Ki of different models & Colors until we settled on a price range. Each car excelled in our expectations until we settled on one particular auto (NEW Kia Soul); Rhonda demonstrated and explained each detail until we understood ALL the features. Then Mike went to work finding us acceptable fiances, down payment, Extra Insurance (GAP). In dealing with Joe Slater he with straght forward,not pushy,courteous and always willing to help with whatever question we had months after our purchase..He would come out and sit in our car for fifte pushy,courteous and always willing to help with whatever question we had months after our purchase..He would come out and sit in our car for fifteen minutes or more to explain car functions to us taking himself away from sales.
