This is the 3rd vehicle we bought from Citrus KIA. The first 2 cars were bought together back in 2011 and it was a great experience and this is what brought us back to buy again. This last visit on January 17, 2014 was even better then the last and that is because of Russ and Debbie. They made us feel at home and we did not have the usual buyer anxiety. We brought a 2008 Kia Rondo that is our main mode of transportation to Citrus Kia after being dealt rudely at Palm Chevrolet Kia in Ocala. After several visits to other dealers, during which we not only could not strike a deal, in one case we were actually insulted, we returned to Citrus Kia, where we had purchased our 2012 Sorento. After meeting with Michael Boswell, we found the exact car we had been looking for, and the price agreed upon was reached. Financing done through the dealership with the expert help of Tony Meador & Yvonne Stoltenberg was quick and easy. Michael Boswell was wonderfully informative and knowledgeable about all aspects of the Sorento....he spent a great deal of time explaining our new car, and is extremely tech-savy, something that we both really appreciate.
