After the sale, he showed me where all the lights,etc were and how to use all the instruments in the car. That was really important when buying a new car needless to say, because all the new gadgets are not the same in your previous car. I PURCHASED MY CAR APPROX 2 YEARS AGO AND HAVE 25,000 MILES ON IT. THE CAR HAS BEEN SERVICED BY CITRUS KIA FROM THE START. THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THERE WHEN NEEDED. I AM 82 YEARS OLD AND HAVE OWNED MANY CARS, DEALT WITH MANY SERVICE MANAGERS, THERE IS NO SERVICE MANAGER AT ANOTHER DEALER THAT CAN COME CLOSE TO THE KIA GENERAL MANAGER. I give this rating because I went on internet and Ray Oates responded promptly to my visit. I was unable to visit on the day I had an appointment which I called an explained my daughter was at Shands Hos Oates responded promptly to my visit. I was unable to visit on the day I had an appointment which I called an explained my daughter was at Shands Hospital for 3rd degree burn to hand for surgery and would try and visit the following friday 11-29-13. He stayed in contact with me and remembered about my daughter. When I visited the dealership he was very friendly and helpfull. I was not able to purchase a new Kia Soul but he was able to put me in a 2011 and I am extremely happy so far. More
