We had been to several dealership prior to stopping at Citrus Kia. We had purchased a car from Citrus Kia before and honestly felt like we were HOME. Everyone that passes you says hello and good to see you. Laughing, joking, yet professional. The seem to know all the answers and bend over backwards to please. Our sales rep (Joe Slater) gave us the best education on the car we purchased. He spent a lot of time with us explaining every detail of our new car. I have given Citrus Kia a "great" rating because this is my 4th Kia I have purchased from Citrus Kia. I also would like you to know that Joe Slater is the best salesman that I have worked wi because this is my 4th Kia I have purchased from Citrus Kia. I also would like you to know that Joe Slater is the best salesman that I have worked with. None of the 1st three sales people are there anymore. I think it would be in your best interest to do whatever you can to keep Joe Slater in your employ for as long as you possibly can. He is friendly,very helpful & not pushy. He answers all questions, even if they are dumb questions. Also, your service department is friendly. I just wish you would do something more to hold onto the girls at the service desk. My reason for going to a Kia dealership is because in the past Kia was not known for good cars but now they are offering a 10 years or 100.000 mile warrenty. No other dealership offers that so That tells me that Kia is going to stand behind their cars plus the styles are looking much better. I went in and met with Steve Cade he showed me a Sorento,Sportage and a Soul, I already have an 05 Ford Escape so I was interested in something bigger so I test drove a 2014 Sorento and a 2014 Soul. I really liked the way the Sorento handled but it was a little more than I could go right now. Steve then showed me a coulpe of used Sorentos. I went home to think about it then the next day when I went up to see Steve he was all exicted he told me they just got another Sorento traded in and he thought of me right away and was emailing me to come up and see it. He showed me a 2011 Soernto Limted bedige in color and he was right I loved the car. I told Steve it was a surprise for my wife as a Christmas present. Steve offered to bring the car to my home Christmas eve to help me surprise my wife. I thought that was out standing for him to give up some of his Chirstmas Eve to make that happen for me. You have a good associate there to care that much about the people they work with. I would also like to say how helpful Tony Meador and Mike Reyes were I came in with a draft from my bank and they told me to hold on they wanted to check into a few things and they got me a better intrest rate then my bank. So I would like to thank them for doing a good job also. With people like them KIA is deffenitly making a difference. When we bought our 2011 Kia Sedona, we were told by the salesman that there was paint damage to the front bumper due to a minor accident. We submitted a list of items to be done, The salesman came to me while I was in the Service area, and at that time the front bumper was not going to be repaired because it was too costly. At that time, Ms. Lisa Parisi came by to ask me how I liked the van and to congratulate me on the purchase. During our conversation we discussed the work being done which I was satisfied with, except for the salesman's refusal to repair and paint the front bumper. Ms. Parisi immediately went to the Service person who was working on my van. Very shortly afterward, Ms. Parisi returned and told me the front bumper would be repaired and painted. I was not happy with the experience until Ms. Parisi corrected the problem, which made my experience with Kia outstanding. Ms. Parisi is an asset to your dealership and is to be commended for going the "extra mile". You can be sure that due to personnel like Ms. Parisi, I will be returning to your Service Dept. in the future, and will not hesitate to recommend it to all my friends. Robert J. Scuderi More
Overall it was a stress free process compared to other car purchases over the years. Got the car we wanted,wife is happy so I'm happy. you know how that goes.
